The very steep journey was worth it: the studio is at the top of a hill in a fenced, secured property, together with two other rental properties and the owners' villa. The view is unique! Up to the volcanoes, the entire high valley with San Jose and its suburbs, villages and settlements is at your feet. The sunrise can be admired in the morning. The studio contains a double bed and there is also a single bed in the bathroom. The absolute hit of the accommodation is the bathroom: very well furnished, with a glass front and panoramic view. The studio is quiet, safe and carefully managed by very nice hosts.
The furnishings in the living room take some getting used to: two large upholstered armchairs to the left and right of the bed, two refrigerators, but little storage and kitchen space, everything a bit old. The outdoor space is narrow, not protected from the wind and not very comfortable. The proximity to the large four-bedroom villa poses the potential for noise.
